As you may stand aware, Trade Mark investigations constitute a vital part in Trade Mark enforcement and opposition matters and are conducted to assess the nature and extent of misuse of the Trade Mark by the opposite party, the date of first use of the impugned mark and other details such as financial strength etc. which are further used in preparing the enforcement/ opposition strategy.

an online corporate records search (to assess whether the infringer has registered a company).
a brief domain name search (to assess whether the infringer has registered a domain name).
a brief Trade Mark search (to assess whether the infringer has filed any Trade Mark applications).
The aforementioned details/ information/ evidence alongwith other information as requested depending upon the matter, is thereafter consolidated into a detailed investigation report.
